Hay Rezidans | Luxury Suites & Apart Hotel , Istanbul

We lived in these apartments with a family with 2 children from October 25 to October 28. Booked at a bargain price on trip.com . Very convenient location, modern apartment, comfortable beds and sofa, there is a kitchenette with a minimum.a set of dishes (electricstove, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, pots, frying pan, dishes). The lobby has a very beautiful interior. There are many coffee shops and places where you can have a snack nearby, but keep in mind that everywhere in this area the roads are heavily sloped, strollers or the elderly will be difficult to walk. Although the windows faced the road, it was quite quiet, transport rarely drives, it's good that the road is also one-way😃It is a 10-minute walk up the hill to Istiklal, 8 minutes down the hill to the embankment. Thanks to Gulya and Akhmet, friendly guys. Everything went great. We'll come back again

I definitely recommend this place! it a great location easy to find, close to very good restaurants for breakfast and supermarkets, clean, and has beautiful modern touch perfect for families or friends. the staff Hulia and ahmet are very friendly sweet people and very helpful. they do offer the laundry service for a good price. has everything you need in a little kitchenette. we booked one bedroom apartment and it fit 3 people comfortably. the area is safe as wellDefinitely recommend !! wont be my last time booking this hotel 💕💕💕

The best part of our 2-Day trip to Istanbul was definitely the Hay residence, where we stayed.❣️Everything was as it seemed in the photos, neither missing nor more. The location is an excellent 3-minute walk from Taksim Square. We stayed as 6 adults, 5 children and 3 in a separate room. Everyone was extremely satisfied with our group. The rooms are immaculate, the sheets are white .It is definitely a place that we would prefer again and again. I would like to thank Mr. Ahmet and Mrs. Hülya very much for their interest..

I want to leave a review about the Hay Rezidans Istanbul Hotel, which is located in the Beyoglu district of Istanbul. It took a long time to choose a hotel, as they were looking for it in the center, near Taksim, and this activity is long and sometimes does not always lead to the desired result; cleanliness, design, cleaning, staff, administration, silence, etc. had to meet my standards. And lo and behold! After a long search, the Nau Residence Hotel met all my requirements.Already in Istanbul, we were met by a wonderful transfer sent from the hotel. The administration was always in touch in Moscow.Arriving at the hotel, we were greeted by the wonderful Ahmed Bey, who escorted us to our room. The room turned out to be clean, bright, and cozy, but it was still too small for the three of us (son, husband, and me).The next day, the receptionist named Julia, a lovely, kind girl, changed our room, settling us in 101, which was larger in size and we were perfectly accommodated in it.All the time she was at the hotel, Julia asked all the time, was interested in our questions and wishes, she is an incredibly responsive person and very beautiful.Only the best impressions remained from the hotel. On the day of departure, Ahmed Bey carried our bags himself to the transfer, the hotel is located on a hill, and he carried them all the way to the car, he is a good person.Thank you for the kindness and care of Hay Rezidans istanbul!Julia, Ahmed Bey— you are the best!

Love the place . Mis Hulya and Ahmet… very coaperative and professional’ They took care for every thing. We definitely come back again. Thanks to Miss hulya agan

A beautiful hotel close to Taksim Street, the employee Juliana is a maid and translates if you understand and they have a laundry, but at a high price, barbecue and at night I like the hotel there is high security, a guard late at night and can only enter when you call and the guard opens for you

We lived here with our family from August 20 to August 23, 2026. Excellent hotel, we were very satisfied. Everything is new, modern and very clean, the furniture is of good quality. The bed linen is fresh and clean. Excellent bathroom: new plumbing, good water pressure, all necessary accessories.A separate plus is that the air conditioner works constantly and does not turn off when you leave the room and pick up the key. This is really important for the hot and humid climate of Istanbul. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the staff is always ready to help with any issue. Only positive impressions remained. I really want to come back to this hotel again.

Hay residence is a business that gets full marks from me thanks to its security, cleanliness and friendly staff. Thank you to Mrs. Hülya and Ahmet Bey for smiling and explaining everything in a very relevant way so that there are no question marks in our minds about every fine detail. We miss seeing such a smiling face in businesses...

We had a really great stay at Hay Rezidans. The beds were very comfortable, the sofa bed was convenient, and the TV was good. The apartment was also very spacious, which was a big plus.We really liked the kitchen and the nice kitchenware. The bathroom was great too, and the furniture deserves a special mention — everything felt really solid and high-quality, not cheap at all. Also, a big thank you to Hülya at the reception. She was very nice and helpful, and thanks to her we were able to arrange a transfer to the airport without any problems.Overall, everything was great. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again!

It is a place that we are happy to stay every time we come to Istanbul. The rooms are comfortable and immaculate. In addition, the staff is very friendly and caring. As a location, it is also very close to everywhere and especially to the public transport stops that we use for remote places. We are very pleased.

The room and services were perfect. The location was quite good, it was great in terms of proximity to many places. The lady Hülya who took care of us was very understanding and kind. There were very nice gardens at the entrance where you could listen to your head and work... Thanks for everything...

Very comfortable hotel, friendly staff, will help with any question. We came for a few days, we were very satisfied, there were problems with the hotel we had booked, we had to look for a new one. We found Hay Rezidans, we needed a room with three beds, we found a double bed and a folding sofa, we didn't lose money or time. The rooms are comfortable, there are many places to eat nearby, and there is a very nice place opposite. There is a cafe with pleasant prices on weekends from the hotel. I definitely recommend it, and I will definitely use the services next time I visit Istanbul.

It was a perfect stay. Staff were very polite and helpful, rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. I was traveling with a broken leg, so I have to mention that there’s a comfortable access for people with disabilities (or broken legs :D). Special thanks to Muhammet, Hülya, Ahmet and Gizem

I stayed with my family and we were very satisfied. Location and hygiene The cleanliness of the room was really great. We would like to thank Hülya hanım, mehmet bey and gizem hanım very much for their kind interest. You can choose it with peace of mind.
